ČSOB terminal wries the message 'Terminated by the user'

If the terminal writes the message "terminated by the user", it may be that the customer has canceled the transaction with a button on the terminal. It can also mean that the terminal is locked. To unlock it, press the F4 key. Then click on Terminal Lock, confirm the Unlock option and enter 11111111 (8x1) as the password. If the terminal reports to you that the code is incorrect, contact the ČSOB hotline.
