When contacting support or setting up your account, you may be asked to provide your Merchant ID or your device's Serial Number. These unique codes help us verify your business details and identify the specific equipment you are using.
Finding your Merchant ID (MID)
Your Merchant ID (MID) is a unique number assigned to your account. You can find this number on your device or in your reports.
On your Card Machine:
- Tap the Menu icon on the screen.
- Look at the bottom of the menu list.
- Your MID is displayed there.
On Settlement Reports: You can find the MID printed in the top-right corner of your daily Settlement Reports.
Finding your Serial Number (S/N)
The Serial Number is a unique identifier specific to your physical Card Machine.
To find it, check the back of your terminal. Look for the label marked S/N, followed by a combination of letters and numbers.
