Where to see the transfers
To see all movements on the account (in and out):
- Open the Teya app
- Go to Business Account (under Accounts)
- Check the Transactions / Activity list for incoming transfers (EFT In), outgoing transfers (EFT Out), card payments and settlements
How long do incoming transfers take?
Incoming bank transfers to your Teya Business Account are usually instant. In some cases, they can take up to one working day to arrive, depending on the sending bank’s processing times and checks.
If you haven't received a transfer ask the sender to confirm the payment was successfully processed on their end.
