This guide will help you unbox, charge, and set up your new Card Machine so you can start accepting payments quickly.
What is in the box
Your welcome pack contains everything you need to start trading:
- Card Machine
- USB Type-C cable
- USB adaptor
- Quick start guide
- Stickers
Power and charging
We recommend keeping your battery above 15% to ensure the device functions correctly.
- Charge: Plug the USB-C cable into the port on the left side of the Card Machine and connect it to a power socket.
- Check battery: Look at the indicator in the top right corner of the screen. If it is red, charge the device immediately.

Once powered on, press Get Started to begin the set-up process.
Set up your card machine
Select your language and connect to your network
| Choose your language. | Connect to Wi‑Fi (recommended for a stable connection). |
Sign in to your account
Choose the option that works best for you:
- QR Code or Remote login via Teya App: You can complete the setup by scanning a QR code using the Teya App on your mobile device.

Remote login via Business Portal: You can log in remotely through the Business Portal or
Direct verification link: You can verify your device directly by visiting
id.teya.com/verifyin your browser and input the Verification Code.
Go to the Explore menu, then select Payment devices > click on Activate.
If you have multiple stores linked to your account, ensure choose the one you want to set up.

Scan the QR code displayed on the Card Machine using the Teya App, or select Remote login. If the code shows capital letters, make sure you also type them in capital letters. |
Click Next to finish the setup. |
Log in into the Business Portal. Go to Settings > Hardware and select Activate terminal.

Create your manager PIN and finalise settings
| On the terminal, set a 4‑digit Manager PIN, then confirm it by entering it again. |
Review the available options and enable any features you want to use.
