Where do I find my Card Machine serial number?
You can find your Card Machine serial number either printed directly on the hardware or located inside the digital menu.
On the back of the device
Check the back of your Card Machine and look for the sticker label marked with S/N.
On the device screen
- Tap Menu on your device screen.
- Go to Device settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen to view the serial number.
Where do I find my Member ID Number(MID)?
You can find your MID in your device menu or on your reporting documents.
On your Card Machine
- Tap Menu on your device screen.
- Scroll to the bottom of the menu list.
- View your Member ID number (MID) on the screen.
On your daily Settlements report Review your daily Settlements report and look for your MID in the top right corner of the document. You can also find it located within the Business details section of the report.
