Your card machine serial number and member ID number (MID) are unique reference numbers linked to your account. You need these details to contact support, arrange a card machine return or replacement, or check your daily Settlements reports.
Your serial number is printed on a sticker on the back of your card machine, marked S/N.
You can also find it on the device screen:
- Open the Menu.
- Select the three-dot icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Help.
- View your serial number on the screen.
To find your MID on your card machine:
- Open the Menu.
- Select the three-dot icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Help.
- View your member ID number (MID) on the screen.
Your MID also appears in the top-right corner of your daily Settlements report.
