With Teya, you can easily request payments from your customers via email or SMS. Simply create a payment link using your device, and they will receive a payment request immediately. Once they complete the transaction, you will receive your payment. It's that easy!

Do I need to pay more?

No, there are no additional costs associated with using Pay By Link. You will continue to pay what was agreed upon in your plan. 

How does the settlement work?

Pay By Link transactions are processed just like any other card machine transaction, and you will receive your settlement as usual.

What are the currencies accepted?

Currently, Teya processes Pay By Link transactions in the same currency your card machine is registered under.

For example, if you are based in the UK, the Pay By Link transactions will always be processed in GBP.

Can I customize Pay By Link?

No, currently, this feature does not offer customization options, and payment links adhere to a standard format.

Can I send Pay By Link in bulk?

No, bulk sends in Pay By Links are not supported at the moment. If you need to send multiple links, you will need to repeat the process for each transaction.

Is it possible to tip using Pay By Link?

No, tipping via Pay By Link is not a feature at this time. However, if your customer wishes to leave a tip, you can always increase the transaction value accordingly.
