Getting Started with End-of-Day Closure

Updated

What is an end-of-day closure?

When you use your card machine, a daily session is initiated to record transactions. Each day, starting at 5 am GMT, the system automatically concludes this session, a process we call end-of-day closure or daily closure.

Can I change the daily closure hour?

In Teya, the terminal closing process is automated for your convenience. However, we understand that businesses may operate outside regular hours or have several shifts, needing manual closure before the automatic cutoff time. Therefore, if you wish, you can force the daily closure to reset the terminal. Find out how here.

Can I close multiple devices simultaneously?
