You may need to view your PIN if you have forgotten it, or change it to a number that is more memorable or secure. You can view your current PIN at any time in the Teya App, but you must visit an ATM to change it.
View your PIN in the Teya App
If you have forgotten your PIN, you can securely reveal it within the app.
- Log in to the Teya App.
- Select the Account section.
- Go to the Cards tab.
- Select the relevant card.
- Tap Manage and then select View PIN.
- Enter your app passcode to reveal the PIN.
Change your PIN at an ATM
To change your PIN, you must visit an ATM. You cannot change your PIN directly inside the Teya App.
Before you start: You must know your current PIN to change it. If you have forgotten it, follow the steps above to view it in the app first.
- Insert your Teya Business debit card into the ATM.
- Enter your current PIN.
- Select PIN Services or Change PIN (options may vary by ATM).
- Enter your new PIN and confirm it.
Unblock your card after incorrect PIN attempts
If your card is blocked after several incorrect PIN attempts:
Follow the steps above to view your correct PIN in the Teya App.
Insert your card into an ATM.
Enter the correct PIN when prompted.
The card should then be unblocked and ready to use again.
