Card controls help you manage security and spending on your Teya Business Account. You can turn specific payment methods on or off instantly for each physical or Virtual Card.
What you can control
These settings apply to individual cards, not your entire account. You can manage the following transaction types:
- Contactless payments: This includes physical contactless taps and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Online payments: Covers purchases made on websites (eCommerce) and in-app payments.
- ATM withdrawals: Controls the ability to withdraw cash from ATMs.
How to update settings
You can change these settings at any time in the Teya app.
- Open the Teya app and go to Account.
- Select the Cards tab.
- Choose the physical or Virtual Card you want to update.
- Tap Manage.
- Under the Controls section, use the toggles to turn features on or off.
Important
Changes happen instantly and only apply to the specific card you selected. Settings on other cards will remain unchanged.
