Pair your Teya terminal with Loyverse

Connect your Teya card machine to Loyverse Point of Sale (POS) to automatically send sale amounts from your till to your terminal. This integration speeds up service and reduces keying errors.

You can set this up in two ways:

1. Separate devices: Run Loyverse on a tablet or phone and use the Teya terminal only for payments.
2. Single device: Run the Loyverse app directly on your Teya terminal alongside the Teya Payments app.

Before you start

• Check your connection: Ensure your Teya terminal and Loyverse device are connected to a reliable Wi-Fi or mobile network. If using two devices, connect them to the same network if possible.
• Have credentials ready: You will need your Teya ID (email and password) and your Loyverse login details.
• Match emails: For the best experience, use the same email address for both your Loyverse and Teya accounts

Separate devices

Use this method if you have a separate iPad, Android tablet, or smartphone running Loyverse.

Prepare your Teya terminal

1. Open the Payments app on your terminal.
2. Tap the Menu icon (top-right).
3. Select POS Integrations.
4. Tap External ePOS integrations (labeled as POSLink or Cloud Communication on some devices).
5. Enable Cloud Integration Mode

Add Teya in Loyverse

1. Open the Loyverse POS app on your tablet or phone.
2. Go to Settings > Payment Types.
3. Tap Add Payment Type.
4. Select Teya from the list and save.

Pair the devices

1. In the Loyverse Payment Types menu, tap the Teya option you just added.
2. Select Connect or Pair terminal.
3. Wait for Loyverse to find your terminal in the list and select it.
4. Confirm the pairing on both screens if prompted.

Single device

Use this method to run your till and take payments on a single Teya terminal.

Install Loyverse

1. Open the Payments app on your terminal.
2. Tap Menu > POS Integrations.
3. Select Partner Apps > Open App Store.
4. Search for Loyverse POS and tap Install.

Log in and configure

1. Open the installed Loyverse app on your terminal.
2. Log in with your Loyverse details.
3. Go to Settings > Payment Types.
4. Tap Add Payment Type and select Teya.

Link your accounts

1. Tap Connect Teya account inside the Teya payment settings.
2. Log in with your Teya ID when redirected.
3. Authorise the connection to link the apps internally.
4. (Optional) Go to the main menu > tap the three dots (⋯) > Sync to refresh your data.

Take a test payment

Once set up (using either option), run a test sale to ensure everything works.

1. Add an item to a ticket in Loyverse.
2. Tap Charge and select Teya.
   • Two devices: The amount appears automatically on your card machine. 
   • One device: The screen switches automatically to the payment flow.
3. Complete the payment using a card.
4. Check that the sale appears in your Transaction list.
