This guide explains how to integrate your CES Touch Point of Sale (POS) system with your Teya card machine. This connection allows your POS to send transaction amounts directly to your Card Machine, reducing manual entry errors and speeding up payments.
Before you start

Software requirements: Confirm your system meets the following requirements.
- CES Touch: Version 11.0.002 or higher (Version 11.0.012 is recommended).
- Windows: Windows 7 or higher (Windows XP is not supported).
- Microsoft .NET Framework: Version 4.7.2 or later.
- Microsoft WebView2 Runtime: This is required to display the Teya login screen. You can download it from Microsoft if it is not already installed.
- The Chip & Pin module must be licensed and enabled on your CES Touch software.
- Check connectivity: Ensure your card machine is powered on and connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or 4G.
Prepare your card machine
First, you must set your card machine to the correct integration mode so it is ready to receive a connection signal.
- Turn on your card machine and ensure it is connected to the internet.
- Select Menu on the main screen.
- Select POS Integration.
- Click on External ePOS integrations.
The screen will now lock and display the Teya logo with a settings icon. This confirms the card machine is ready to pair.
Configure CES Touch settings
Register the login file
This step enables communication between CES and Teya.
- Locate the CES Touch installation folder on your computer.
- Find the file named
TeyaLogin.bat. - Right-click the file and select Run as administrator.
Enable the Teya integration
- Open the CES Touch Back Office.
- Go to Settings.
- Search for or navigate to Chip & Pin settings.
- Find the Chip & Pin Reader Type option and select TEYA.
- Go to Tender Settings and assign the card payment method you use for Teya transactions.
Connect your Teya account
You need to log in to your Teya account within the CES software to link your store details.
- Click the TEYA Configuration button. This usually appears after you select Teya as the reader type.
- Log in using your Teya ID credentials when prompted.
- Click Get Store Name to see a list of stores connected to your account.
- Select the correct store from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your Terminal ID in the field provided.
- Note: You can leave this blank if you want to select a specific card machine manually during each transaction.
- How to find your Terminal ID: On your Teya card machine, tap the Menu icon and scroll to the bottom. Look for Terminal Info or TID.
Take a test payment
Perform a test sale to ensure the systems are talking to each other.
- In CES Touch, start a sale and choose the Chip & Pin tender method.
- The payment amount should appear automatically on your Teya card machine screen.
- Complete the payment on the card machine using a card or contactless device.
- If approved: The sale will complete automatically in CES Touch.
- If declined: Follow the prompts on the screen to retry or cancel.
