Why can’t I process refunds?

If you see the error message: "Your balance has reached its negative limit", it means your account has a negative balance.

How can I resolve this issue?

To resume processing refunds, complete more transactions to offset the negative balance.

If you are not actively using your card machine and wish to clear the debt, contact our Customer Relations team for assistance.

How can I prevent this in the future?

Ensure you have a positive balance before processing refunds to avoid hitting a negative balance.
