Quick actions allow you to access frequently used features directly from your number pad. By setting up these shortcuts, you can process Payments and manage your daily tasks much faster.
What are Quick actions?
Quick actions are shortcuts shown on the payment number pad under QUICK ACTIONS.
They can include:
- fixed amounts, such as +£10.00
- Add payment reference.
- Repeat last amount.
- See transactions.
Quick actions can include both amount shortcuts and action shortcuts in the same area.
How do I enable and manage Quick actions?
To enable your Quick actions:
- Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Tap Payment settings.
Turn on the toggle next to Quick actions settings.
Add or remove your Quick actions as needed.
How do I add a Quick action from the payment screen?
You can also add or manage Quick actions directly from the number pad when taking the transaction.
- Open the payment number pad.
- Find the QUICK ACTIONS under the transaction amount,
- Tap the + button to add the shortcut.
How do I reorder Quick actions?
To change the position of a Quick action:
- Press and hold the Quick action.
- Drag it to the position you want.
- Release it to save the new order.
