You can now accept tips by card. To do this, enable tips in the Manage features section in the main menu.

Enabling tips on your card terminal

1. From your payment app main window, click on the ≡ Menu icon in the top left corner.

2. Choose the Manage features option.

3. Enter the manager PIN.

4. Enable the Tips toggle. Once enabled, the toggle will turn black.

​Adding a tip while paying

1. Enter the amount you'd like to charge.

2. Press the Next button.

3. This will open a window, offering a choice between a 10%, 15%, 20% tip, or a Custom tip amount.

4. Once a 10%, 15%, or 20% tip is selected, the amount will be automatically added to the payment amount.

5. Tap, insert, swipe the card, or send a payment link.

6. If a custom tip is selected, enter the custom tip amount and select Add custom tip. The amount will be automatically added to the payment amount.

7. Tap, insert, swipe the card, or send a payment link.

The screen will display Approved for a successful transaction. If any further action is needed, the app screen will display a message to guide you.
